How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. How can I change/cancel my order?
Where you choose to cancel your order, any sum debited by Asian Handmade from your credit card or account will be re-credited and Asian Handmade will notify you of this by email at the email address which you provide in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 15 days of the date of your cancellation of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 7-14 business days of placing an order.
How can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier.

Yes, we charge sales tax for online orders, just as we do in our stores.Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. However, you will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
